Assaf Weksler
I'm a research associate at the Psyphas Program in Psychology and Philosophy, University of Haifa. I work mainly on empirically informed philosophy of perception, and I teach students how to combine philosophy and psychology.
I won an ISF grant to study the iconicity of perception, theoretically and experimentally.
I recently won a DFG grant titled "Naive Realism under Pressure" (with Ori Beck and Eva Schmidt)
I'm also a course coordinator in philosophy at the Open University of Israel. I coordinate advanced courses on epistemology, virtue ethics, and mental representations.
